What you are seeing here is 100% PJ's product. He baked and decorated the cake, found the picture, printed it on edible paper and placed it on the cake.
This is PJ's first successful attempt at printing an edible cake topper. We tried to use wafer paper first, which was just plain terrible and really hard to handle. This cake is using frosting sheet paper, which was a lot less trouble, and placing it was pretty simple. It's obvious that we need higher quality imagery for the print, and the printer seems to need a cleaning already, but the process itself was very simple.
